Final Fantasy IV for the Nintendo DS – Screenshot Gallery

From D.S. Cohen, About.com

Unlike Final Fantasy IV Advance for the Game Boy Advance, this isn't a direct port of the original SNES title, but a full remake. Gone are the sprite character graphics on a 2D background, and all-text dialogue in the cinematics. They have now been replaced with highly detailed and fully rendered 3D characters, moc-3D backgrounds in a hand-painted style and fully animated cinematics complete with voice actors.

The story and characters remain the same, but the gameplay has been altered to take advantage of the Nintendo DS's capabilities. Including touch screen controls, arranged boss battles and a dungeon mapping system. All new content includes additional "episodes" that give an insight into the main characters, a training mode and multiplayer battle mini-games via the DS wireless connection.
