All four Turtles are playable, each with their own unique weapon and skills.

The original arcade version allowed up to four player co-op, but the SNES version only let 2-players on at once.
As the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game that rereleased on Xbox Live Arcade in 2007 featured 4-player online co-op, it's likely that the remake of Turtles in Time will include the same.
